exaust/intake tapping sound

Ok this is gonna be alittle long winded so just bare with me here. A couple months ago I put an intake on my car. Since then ive been getting a tapping sound at low rpm(1500-2000) especially when i have the ac on and going uphill. I replaced both egr crossover pipes and the egr valve and Disconnected the battery to reset the computer, the sound is now very faint but still there Ive checked all of my vaccum lines over a thousand times all of my intake clamps and couplers are tight, its just been driving me up a wall and i just have no clue what else it could be, I tried searching but nothing really showed any kind of real solution. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
 


well with all the piping and sound dampeners gone with the stock intake, the sounds of the motor can be heard alot better now with an intake system on there.

I'm not saying that , that is exactly what is going on tho, there could be sound thing else making the noise.
