EVAP code delete Michigan?

Is there anyone in the Detroit area that can tune out the EVAP codes for my 2004 GP? Also looking for somewhere cheap to be able to reprogram my DIC mileage to match my old three button dash.
 


Probably farther then you want to drive, but I can delete the code. I'm out in Auburn, a little town between Bay city and Midland. Can't help with the dic, but I think a dealership or maybe someone with a tech 2 scanner can do that. I could be wrong though.
