EVAP Canister Purge Switch with 3 lines?

Hello, Everyone!

I have been getting a P0171 code every once in a while on my 1997 GTP and today while I was tracing vacuum lines I noticed there was a missing vacuum line on the bottom of the EVAP Canister Purge Switch. It has an elbow, but it goes to nothing. I put a cap on it and took it for a drive and my trims were sitting right around 0. Could this be the source of my vac leak? I didn't notice any noticeable vac from the elbow when I put my hand on it with the engine running, but should I? The part number for the part I'm looking at is 24506192 and it also says FASCO on it.
 


You figure this out? Took my stuff apart to do new gaskets and saw that there was an elbow not connected to anything. Not sure if it's supposed to be
