Estimate on damage or what my options might be?

So, about two weeks ago I was on my home at 5am and a deer hit my car, unfortunately the insurance will not cover it. I checked all the salvage yards around here and none of them have a fender thats anywhere near suitable, and the ones I have found on ebay do not ship to Canada. I have a few pictures of the damage and I'm just looking for options. Or, if I took it to a shop, how much would this cost to get fixed.

I am going to continue to look for a new black fender. I don't see anyway that the hood could be pulled out, but maybe? What do you guys think? and what are my options for the bumper.. save buying a new one or something to cover it. I had the idea of taking it off when I go to work next, using some kind of epoxy or bonding agent with the grided paper stuff for strength and trying to push it back out and seal it like that.. any suggestions?

I creamed a raccoon coming home from work last spring that took out the bumper cover, foglight, headlight, and the supporting pieces underneath. Total bill was $1800 and that was with no sheet metal damage. Parts were $682 (bumper cover was $308).
I'm curious why insurance wouldn't cover it.

Hey brother, I was looking for fenders also, check autowreckers. They have two main warehouses, one based in Toronto and one in New York. Whatever the Canadian one won't have they will ship from the US warehouse at no extra charge. Just food for thought!
