engine vibrate on idle ?!?

recently when i idle it feels like my engine is shaking a bit, feels like random vibrates.
when i rev/drive it stops.
its starting to go bad everyday. and i don't have experience with this kinda thing.
before it started i couldn't even feel im in the car now i get these random vibrations (no sound though).

today i was about to park my car and the rpm went down almost to 200 and then back up to 1500 and 800.

recently changed o2 sensor cleaned maf and changed pcv valve.
for some reason i don't really feel its the engine mount since when i drive there's no vibration.
An other thing is, when the car rev up and down the lights almost go off.
I tried disconnecting the maf and when the rev needle went up and down the lights almost off.
Could it be battery causing the car shake?

im not sure how to start look for the problem cz its something you feel and maybe someone new that will drive the car wont notice so much.

IAC... idle air control I think? Could be wrong, but it sounds like what happened to me. Cheap part.

Iridium plugs.
And I kinda think its voltage.
Battery was changed last year.
But some weird things like my window roll up slower. Or lights dimming and rpm goes up and down.

Check ground hookup from battery to the chassis. Odds are it's corroded and making poor contact.

I think I figured what causing this vibration.
Just instruct me what to do.

It only happens when RPM gets very low.
Let's say I turn the engine fans on and rpm goes up a bit so the car is ok.

Maybe it's a throttle position or something?
