hey there, i bought a 99 g.prix gtp 2 years ago, one owner, low km's, minty condition, beautiful over the last year or so i've put about 4k into it and got the beaut back to perfection.
2 days later, something with a piston goes, not sure, but a mechanic said not worth to fix it, i say bs, she's not going out like that.
so i found an engine locally for sale, 100,000km's newer and also from a 03 g.prix gtp, so 4 years newer too, only $750
and can swap it my self with my grandfather, so thats no problem
i just need to know if the swap would work, so i have a 99 and want to swap with an 03 both 3.8L supercharged
any input would be appreciated
