Engine Swap Difficulty

How hard would it be to swap out the series II from my 01 grand prix gt with a series III? From what I have read the series III seems to be the way to go, and my car needs a motor so just weighing my options here. I do have a 2000 GT that I bought with a really good motor but transmission had went out. Only problem is the UIM on my GT, my spare GT, and my brother in laws GTP is leaking, and I read where they did some upgrades to fix this issue with the series III.

Any input would be great.

you swap your intake and tb and the map sensor, and its in and running.
