Engine sounds like its knocking but HP tuners says its not.

So a little back ground, A few months ago my coolant was disappearing but could not find out where it was going. Took off my throttle body a few weeks ago and saw that inside the super charger was all orang from the dec cool. coolen leaked was fixed for like a week and it started doing it again. my wires been driving my car a lot and she told me that it was knocking real bad and it sounded like it was going to stall. Scanned the car and KR read 0 the entire time, Knock sensor? well here are my codes and a quick video of what she's doing for now. Any help guys is awesome, Thanks.

You have a massive vacuum leak it looks like and it sounds like it alot of misfires.

Anyone think that coolent/water (mostly water) leaking into my throttle body will do some serious damage? I know they have water injection kits so I didn't know how that will effect it. Since it was leaking I've been putting straight water.

Where's it coming from? I wouldn't be driving this car at all.

I haven't been driving it but I was planning on driving it to my friends to work on it. I have a feeling the epoxy is leaking from where I plugged the port on my throttle body spacer

Update: the knocking sound was just the slack on the supercharger and found out that I broke another valve spring. Don't know why this is the second one that's broke.
