ENGINE POWER REDUCED. starting disabled due to electronic throttle control.. HELP!

So I just died in the walmart parking lot my engine light has been on for a week and I am just getting around to scanning.it later today. I put a stereo in last night with and I must admit that its a power hog. Ive heard that this could be a bunch of different sensors, but I have no clue.
 


We'll first thing you need to do is make a effort to diagnose what it could be... Help us help you...


Check the battery for voltage, check the alternator and check the grounds. I'm willing to bet your radio wasn't hooked up right and drained the battery
