OK Heres the story. Ive recently had a l32 swap done and everything is stock and I was running about 7* of knock so we took the supercharger belt off. So when i get up to about 3500 or 4000 rpm its almost like my transmission doesnt want to shift but my car doesnt accelerate. Its almost like im not on the gas. Then the ses light comes blinks for about 10 seconds and then goes off. Is it something with my engine or transmission.

Yup, probably due to the extreme rich condition because you don't have your S/C belt on. Misfires can cause the symptoms that you are describing. Put your belt back on and tune your engine (fix the KR).
