Engine Noise

I put about 300 miles on my car this summer. I changed the oil twice, and the oil looks clean. I pulled the valve covers, and inspected everything, and the top end looks great. I still have this noise. I am putting the car away for the winter today, but I want to figure out what this noise is for next summer. The car still runs great. I pulled the supercharger belt, but the noise is still there. Could this be just a bad lifter, flex plate issue? I hope it is not a bottom end issue. I doubt it since I haven't seen any metal in the engine. Seems to be the loudest at idle and around 2k. Any help guys? I put the car up on jack stands for now.

I checked all of the pulleys, and I couldn't find any making noise. I crawled under it while it was running to look for exhaust leaks, but it is not leaking anywhere. If I can't figure it out. I may tow it up to the local engine shop. I hate letting other people mess around with my cars. I haven't checked the flex plate yet.

If it is a lifter noise, I will probably just live with it. I put a lot miles on an old 3.1 with a bad lifter, and as far as I know that car is still running just fine.

I have put some sea foam in it with no luck on finding an exhaust leak. Yeah I ran the engine with bolt belts off, and the noise was still there.

I took the car to two different engine shops today. Both said the noise is a rod knocking. One guy I know, so I'm sure he wouldn't lie to me.
