Engine noise with ac compressor engaged and overheating

About 1 month ago noticed a new noise when revving out out a stop light. At about 2500rpm I can hear a whirring sound coming from my power train i thought it was my transmission. Until I realized that the noise occurred only when my ac compressor clutch was engaged. The car also overheats when the A/C is on. The temperature slowly rises until it overheats the engine. The Ac was working fine, but I figured the ac clutch was binding causing the noise and slowing the water pump. I changed AC compressor with a new Delphi unit along with dryer tank and expansion valve. That fixed nothing. Noise is still there and car is still overheating when the AC is on. Here is a video of the noise. If i rev it above 2500 RPM it makes the noise with the ac clutch engaged. If in mid throttle I turn of the AC the noise immediately stops.

Already threw away $200 changing my ac compressor, valve, and dryer. Looking for advice or help I am stumped. Also checked the water pump. It has no play, is bone dry and coolant system was flushed and topped off. Once overheated and AC is turned off the temperature steadily drops to normal.
