ENgine mounts?

Hey, I have a 02 Grand Prix GT with about 115K. Ive had this car since 65K. When I start the car, the car kinda shakes for a few seconds (like if someone pushed it) when I turn the key. The car always starts and I still get good mpg. It still has a smooth quiet idle. Its just that the car doesnt start as smooth as it did when I first bought the car. Ive never had a tune-up. So do u think its the engine mounts or a tune-up even though the car runs smoothly.
 


When the mounts go bad you can hear it pop when you put it into reverse or drive, and feel the engine rock forward when you stop (if they are really bad, like mine)
 
Yea i get that popping sound when I go from park to reverse or drive. So I guess im gonna get the engine mounts replaced soon.
 
Engine mount (Factory fluid filled one) and a solid rubber transmission mount.

Get those when you replace the mounts...also, click the link in my signature and check out the dog bone mount flip to take even more stress off of the lower mounts...and its a free thing to do.
