engine light...

my engine light comes on randomlly after i hit a pothole but gotten it checked out and nothing is wrong with my car at all. anyone have an idea why this randomly could come on??

next time the light comes on go to auto zone and have them scan it, (its free) if the light comes on somethings wrong.

alright good idea thanks,ive already scanned it with my friends scanner and it showed nothing though.

Have some one with a real scanner that can read history codes scan it.

alright im going to go to autozone and let them check it out,i hope it not my hub assemble again i had to change the right one once and not the left yet hope that wouldntbe it

Might be. Ive had to do four hubs on mine. Timken FTW.

if your svs light is on u need a different scanner and auto zone don't have it, they can only scan check engine light.

it just my engine light thats it, but i might have to change my other hub on driverside front, that might be problem

a bad hub wont throw a engine light, it will light up the abs light , trac control and or the svs light. or all of them. you have two warning lights one is for the engine and the other is for the car.
