So I have a 2000 gtp s/c and lately its been giving me problems.. It completely died on me (no lights or anything) but fixed that with a new battery.. However, my old problem still persists. Basically when I go to turn on the car, it does nothing. The head lights dim like its going to start but it doesn't even turn over. Then, usually on the twentieth or so try, it turns over but starts only with my foot on the gas. To keep it running I have to keep my foot on the gas and keep the rpm over 1000. If i let my foot off, the engine stalls.. If I let the rpm go below 1000, I have to floor it to keep it running but the rpm fluctuates between 500 & 1100 really fast. Any help is appreciated
