How do I find out what mine is?
When I go to a parts store online to look up anything for the engine, it ask for a code,I, K and so on. How do I know what I have?

98 GTP Auto tranny.

GTP is going to be "1", GT would be "K"

It's the 8th digit of your VIN, I believe.
