I have and have been posting my email address a lot on the internet. So I guess this is my fault. And I can't say I was not expecting it.



I'm a cox user and I got this in an email yesterday.

Haha thanks I was getting bored of the engine bay pics, besides my GP isn't running so a rabbit is better haha :)
 


I listed my truck for sale on autotrader and since then I have been getting text messages from scammers wanting to send me a cashiers check for several thousand dollars more than I am asking for the truck. They want me to cash the check on my credit and send them the difference to pay for shipping. Only problem is the check is counterfeit. I might have believed it the first time if not for the rampant misspelling and broken english of the messages. It's too bad that there are people ignorant enough to fall for it.
 
I'd make them send it to you. That way it will waste a little of their time.
