Electrical Problem? No Power..

My 1999 Gtp will not start, no power at all.. Switched out battery and checked fuses with no luck. Was running fine with the exception of approx. a week ago I went to start my car and noticed my clock was reset and reading 1:00 but my radio presets were still working..then today I go to start it and you hear one ding of power and then nothing. Unsure of what it could be, hoping its not electrical, any ideas? Thanks

It's going to be electrical. Sorry, I laughed a bit at that comment.

Please give us more info. Do the interior lights/headlights go out and stay out? Does the starter click once and lights still work? On one hand I think this might be a simple starter and on another it might be a bad connection. Has any work been done to the car in a while?
