95 grand prix se 3.1
i have checked almost every square inch of wiring all the way to the fuel pump. I have not found any burnt wires or bad grounds.
I have narrowed it down to the fuel pump circuit because the ecm bat 20 amp fuse under the hood powers the fuel pump relay, and upon removing the relay the fuse does not blow. I barely know how to use a multimeter but im sure i can get better. Is it possible the fuel pump is getting old and drawing too many amps? I have removed the tank and the backseat so i have full access to all wires. Anyone who could help me trace this possible short would be great!
