DRL module going bad?

So while driving around with my daytime running lights on I notice my headlights flickering on and off, along with a loud clicking from the dash. Sounds like it is coming from the left of the steering wheel and sounds like a relay clicking on and off. I assume the DRL module is failing, has anyone else had this happen? Or could this be a wiring issue somewhere? Are these parts known to fail? Thanks...
 


When I pulled my fuse for the DRL, the module in my dash started making that clicking noise. So like Stunt0Rider, it could be your fuse. If that doesn't work, I guess you could replace the module, or unplug the wire from the module and have no DRL
