DRL and fog lights

A while back i noticed my DRLs no longer worked and then a little later my fog lights stopped working. I looked at the fuses and they looked good. Where should I look next?
 


For the DRL assuming you have a 97-03 look in the little door on the driver side of the dash there is a relay in there and check that over.
