Driveshaft bearings all over the place

Well I need help replacing my drive shaft i blieve. the boot that is closest to the motor on the drivers side pulled off while i was swapping the motors because the struts sagged out too far when we lifted it up in the air. So needless to say, it broke some piece in there and now there are little bearings all over the place lol. So i need help getting this thing off and also, Can i use the drive shaft and peices from my 98 gt motor and trans, cradle ? The one that broke is a 97 gtp motor and trans and cradle in my 98 gt car. Are they interchangeable or are the a different size??
