Driverside seat recliner is lazy..

My recliner function on the driverside seat of my comp g i just purchased does not have enough spring to return the seat back up, it doesnt fall back down, but it doesnt return back up... its pretty annoying, i searched and couldnt find anything, anyone ever have this problem?
 


102 views and no ones ever had this problem? or knows how to fix it? i have the seat out of the car and can not visibily see the spring or mechanism it uses, i think it might be in accesable...
 
Unfortunately, I've never taken one of these seats apart. Most likely it has a flat wound spring at one or both hinges to pull it back up. The spring may be broken or have fallen off due to whatever holds it in place being broken. Can't be much help other than that.
