The DIC on my 1997 GTP works when it wants to. I just replaced the ignition switch. Is there a chance that the 2 connectors that snap to the sides of the ignition switch connector have something to do with the DIC? My HUD works fine.
 


DICs go bad, and yours is almost 20 years old. I'd try swapping that being that the ignition switch was just changed.
