Window hasn't worked since the day I bought it.
I assumed it was a regulator, so I bought one and went to install it today. I removed the old regulator and as with every part I remove I like to test and double check the part to see if its bad (unless its obvious lol). Well I hooked 2 wires to the battery and then to the regulator motor. Low and behold the dang thing works great. So I went wire testing and found it has power to the switch, (not sure of the wires that had power but I can find out if needed). I pushed the down button and tested the plug that goes into the reg motor. Both wires had power (one had 11.8 ish and the other has 12.2 ish)? When the up button is pushed there is no power to either wire at the motor plug.
I'm thinking it's a bad switch what do you guys think?
