drain plug oil leak

I am leaking oil out the drain plug and idk why. i have replaced the drain plug and its still leaking. i dont see any cracks on the oil pan. it leaks about a quarter size on the ground every night. its a 2005 grand prix any suggestions? thanks
 


clean pan real good make sure the pan bolt has a washer/gromet on it and it shouldnt leak
check the oil level sensor on the side of the pan
