Door piece

I havent been on here in a good minute and I was wondering if any one has a picture of a grand prix withouth the door stripe thing the body line piece. Mine are very dirty and i was thinking of just peeling them off each side. Does this look good? Have any of you seen them without them on the doors
 


its been done, but theres hols in the door where that strip fastens to the door. they would have to be filled and painted.

you could always take them off clean em up and paint them if they are that trashed. you can fix the door nicks too.
 
It looks REALLY good in my opinion but as SD says, theres holes in the door to deal with. Meaning welding and painting.
