My sister has an 02 grand prix SE, her power door locks do not work and she needs a front speaker. When I hit the lock button the car dings like it's supposed to, then you shut the door and......click.... no lock though, just clicking. I have located the BCM and what looks like a piggyback unit that seems to be a door lock unit under the driver's side dash, is this correct? if it clicks, do I need a new BCM or this lock module? Also, she wants RKE if possible, can I just replace the module with one equipped for it and get a remote and be set? as for the speaker, what size is it and how do I get the front door off?
