door lock not unlocking

I have a base 2008 GP, and this just started yesterday... the drivers side rear door when you tell it to unlock via the front switch or key FOB does not unlock... the lock pull stays down, but if i manually pull it up to unlock it then do a lock it goes down fine... unlock command again, stays down... so it will lock fine but not unlock unless manually pulled up...

any reason for this to start out of no where? any fixes? or do i have to change to put in a new actuator?

Did you ever find a solution? This just started occurring on my 2008 gp over the weekend. Might send you a PM as well.
