Door lock issue

Like its says im having an issue with my door locks....I put the car in gear and they lock like they are supposed to then when i put it in park they dont unlock ....Does anyone have ay sugeestions as to what it might be?
 


There is a way to program when the doors unlock..my car doesn't unlock until the engine is shut off...check your owners manual, it may have the steps to program in there.
