Door chime stays on, dash light don't come on - Please help

Hey Guys,

I tried looking through the forum as to not double post, but can't seem to find what I'm looking for... Google is not much help either.

On my 2001 Grand Prix, the door chime is on when you open the door (no key in ignition, or switches on that shouldn't be), the dash lights don't work and the car does not automatically turn headlights on at night, but they can be turned on manually.

If someone has had this problem and knows how to solve it, please "chime" in!

I c what you did there. Check the fuses if you haven't, sounds like a fuse problem to me.
 
Also, Just realized that the tail lights work only when the car is in park, once in gear, the tail lights turn off???
 
I just got my car back from the shop and am having the same exact issue. No fogs, parking lights or taillights. Also no dash lights
