3weeks later and a 2 shipments later and still no keys. shipping from Kentucky to Ohio doesnt take more then 4days tops. they tell me once they ship it out, it isnt there problem anymore. customer service now a days sucks ass. now im out $120 and still have a bent to **** key. anyone ever have any problems with them before?
 


I went through the same thing when I ordered the flip key. I had to contact them many times. The first two keys were supposedly lost. I finally got it the third time but it was damged. I ended up sending it back after getting a hold of someone. Even then it took forever to get the key back. I honestly think they do not have most of the items in stock that they list on their site.
 
after the first week and a half i called and they said they have to custom build the flip keys and thats what the delay is for. i sat on the phone with them and USPS for about and hr and a half today figuring **** out. supervisor told me to call thursday if i have not received it and theyd issue me a refund, but USPS is also investigating both "conf #s" i was given by them. sucks cuz i dont want to spend $80 on 1 key from the stealership.
 
It's funny, I had placed an order the day that this thread showed up and was worried. I ordered at 3pm on Monday, got my Shipment on Friday. I had no problems with the shipment or the product that I received. Maybe I'm just lucky, or you guys were just unlucky.
 


well its somewhere in USPS' system around the US somewhere lol. Both packages happened to "get lost" in the mail. they sent me a refund which i should be getting tommorow, but im still fighting back and forth with USPS to figure wth happened. If I can still get them thatd be sweet. Pisses me off iKeyless said its not there problem after they ship out and its all my problem then.

oh and mind you, my shipment was supposedly shipped out on Sept 15, 2010. And just got my refund started on friday.
 
it's definitely on USPS, but i'm glad iKeyless is taking care of you.

hopefully you get the package on top of your refund.
 
im still waiting on a call back from USPS and im waiting for them to quit dicking me around. Itd be killer to get both the shipments that were sposed to be sent my way.
