i bought a northstar tb kit, as he put it, complete with all wires needed. i also asked him if it came with the throttle bracket. he said yes. i received it missing TPS adaptor harness and missing the bracket to hold the cables.

now iu cant put my car together and have to order parts at my own expense.

He will not respond to my messages and claims no responsibility.

i dont know how to do that. the amount i had to pay is 40+ shipping to get the needed parts he shorted me on. do i put in a claim for 40?
 
It's been awhile since I filled one but IIRC you can ask for a partial refund. Put in a claim and tell them exactly what happened and was missing that was suppose to come with it then possibly screenshot or forward them a receipt or proof of payment to what you ended up having to purchase out of pocket. I'm sure others will chime in as well but I'm pretty sure you can do that.
 
If you paypaled as friend or family nothing you can. If you did it for goods or services you can click on the transaction in PayPal (not mobile on computer). You can file a claim in the transaction once you have it open. PayPal will put a hold on any money still in PayPal up to the amount of the item.
 
he seems to be very sketchy I know a few local guys that were suppose to do some work on his car but he had it so rigged they didnt want to work on it. Then he was making false claims against them saying they did the damage or something like that. And I dont you are the first to encounter troubles with him on here
