domelights will not work need help

I have a problem. My dome lights refuse to work. Checked the fuses
and the bulbs all look ok. I even went as far as to disassemble the BCM to see if anything looked burnt. Any ideas
Also forgot to mention. before they stopped working completely they would intermittently stop then come on very dimly then go off and on (dimly) then off and so on and so forth and the radio would follow suite. but it was doing that regardless of if the doors were open or closed or switch was on or off. re wired radio to sunroof fuse (i have no sun roof hints no need for the fuse there) but still no dome lights. any ideas. like i said above the BCM motherboard looks free of burns so i am lost

Guys I really need some helP... You guys are my last hope I have tried everything... Please someone help me figure this out
 
by chance have you checked the fuse panel for power at the fuse? maybe the wires are loose where they plug in or burnt up.
 


if you have a cover on the fuse box it should list what everything is, i drive a regal so i couldn't tell you for sure., check the fuse box under the hood too, should be a list of whats, what under the cover there too.
