Dome lights and radio won't shut off...

Hello all...Working on a 2000 GT. The dome lights and radio won't shut off. The radio wont shut off when key is out and open door. The passenger side door works. And the dome lights won't shut off, they are always on even with doors shut. Hoping for a quick fix on this. Thanks for the help.

Only reason I am thinking it may not be ignition switch is cause the radio will shut off when ignition is turned off and passenger door opens up. I'm not sure how it all works with the door. Not sure if there is a switch in the door that can go bad and/or where it is even located or proper name of the part to possably find one to switch out.
 
Is there a switch in the door jamb? One of mine broke in the '97 Blazer and did that.

It's like a $5 part I never replaced. I just pulled the bulbs and use the upper console lights.
 


I messed around with it a little tonight. I unplugged the two plugs plugged into the door latch and it did not turn the lights off when door was closed. It's weird cause the open door is showing on the DIC when it is opened. So some kind of sensor is working. I am totally lost on this issue. Not sure what to check next. It's driving me crazy trying to figure it out...
 
Thinking about the ignition. I am having problems with the tumblers in the cylinder or worn key. I have to jiggle the key to unlock to turn the key and I am able to pull the key out while running...

Anyone think this could be part of my problem?
