Does this llok like a good scanning program ?

i was looking for something i could use with a laptop since i already have a laptop with bluetooth. for this program plus the pro upgrade, plus the OBD2 bluetooth adapter it would be about $100 , which you'd have that much tied up in torgue pro , a bluetooth OBD2 adapter , and a cheap android tablet.
seems like this pc program might offer a little more plus a bigger laptop screen for viewing
