Does this justify buying a new lower motor mount?

Ive been getting a little vibration in my steering wheel at idle, especially while in drive turning the wheel back and forth. I had my GF turn the wheel while I looked at the engine and it appears the lower motor mount must be worn because it was shaking (not real bad but definitely moving)

Took the wheel off and snapped a picture of the motor mount. Not terrible but does this look bad enough to justify replacing it? It is defintely leaking on the left side, there is a puddle of hydraulic oil on top of the mount on the left side.

ive seen you ask this 3 times today, i would say if its leaking it needs to go.
