Does my car have passlock

99 pontiac grand prix I have fuel injectors.not working with 50psi of pressure at rail could pass lock cause this.if.I have passlock?

Yes, you have a PK3 key more than likely.

Do the security relearn if when trying to start the car the security light is flashing or stays on.

I have no security light but after market radio...I tried the relearn three times and nothing
