im wanting to get some hids and i was wondering if anyone had any problems with the vvme hid kits. also could you tell me what kit did you buy? i was wanting to get the digital slim ballast hid kit any problem with those or should i just get the standard hid kit? I heard that the digital slim ballast regulate the power better giving the bulbs their max life and also more reliable.

im deciding between these http://www.vvme.com/hid-headlights/single-beam-hid-conversion-kit/9007-1-hid-conversion-kit/12v-50-55w-9007-1-hid-conversion-kit

the kit in your first link is the kit that i have for my lows and have there standard 880 35w kit in my fogs,
had them both for about 8 months, havent had any problems.

the only thing i will say is(not about vvme but about single beam kits)
what i have found is that with the single beam kits the highbeam light on the dash comes on when you turn the fogs on, i have no idea why but with the fogs on i get 5v on the wire thats powering the highbeams at the headlight socket, from what ive read and heard is that if you get a bi-xenon kit(high and low beams) you dont have this issue, i havnt tried this but i will when i get new lights.

Almost two years running VVME highs and lows on my vehicle with no issues at all. It is pretty much split 50/50 with VVME and DDM.

did you have the digital slim or thew 55watt bi xenon's. i want high-beams and low beams so. do you guys think i should get the digital slim ballast's or the 55 watt with the regular size ballast's

I've got the 55w digital slim kit on my daily, also got a wire kit and have had zero problems. In fact, when I got my order one of the bulbs was broken, they sent me two replacements for warranty after I sent the broken one back to them. It was a little inconvenient, but you can't argue with the customer service. I'm a happy customer.

you can buy the pieces seperately
but it's cheaper just to get the kit and have extras for when the **** goes down
