Does any one know who used to own my 1998 gtp

This is my 1998 gtp I got a couple months ago and I was wondering if any one knows who used to own it
its lowered in front and the supercharger rear valve cover and bars under the hood are painted blue and the passengers side is pretty beat up

Its supposed to be modded from what the guy I got it from said but he was told that from the peron that he got it from. its supposed to be lowered and have a tune i can tell its lowered but I dont know about the tune.

For the tune if you have access to a scanner you should be able to tell from the timing.
