ok i was on the way home from a michigan trip a few days ago and i was already going 85mph on the highway....this new gen avenger starts riding my ass and at first i ignore it....then it gets closer and closer...so i punched it all the way to my govenor 127 and i couldnt see it anymore....but we hit traffic and slowed to 65 so it could back up...i played this cat and mouse game about 2 more times and this car was relentless so i pulled aside to let them pass because i was done....now the catch....this avenger passes and i look over in disbelief....it was a 80+ year old lady sitting all the way forward over the steering wheel with thick ass glasses and she looked at me and sped away :th_laugh-lol3:i was laughing so hard i almost ran off the road....crazy ass old people!
 


im i the only one on this whole forum to think this is a awsome/funny story and a even more awsome old lady... im with you man hahaha
 
today i saw this sick 03 VeeDub GTI riding on nice black rims, little spoiler and its moded tastefully. Exhaust has a nice purr to it, cai sucks in cold really loud. I pull up to see whos that and almost spill all of my drink on me. A 60 yo lady driving a MANUAL modded GTI... Priceless.
 
Ya, I notice more older people in nice cars then younger!! There is a 06 GTO with a magnason on it and its a older guys car. He don't race it or anything...he got it just because! And there is a older lady who has a realllly pretty blue c6 z06. What cracks me up is to see the GTO and Z06 and they have handicap tags! Im like..umm WTF?! More power to them I guess!
 
it almost makes me mad. yea, they worked for it and earned it, but they would use it exactly the same way they would use a hybrid...so whats the point?
 


Remember, some of us old folks were motor heads before most of you were born. Once you get motor oil and horsepower in your blood, you never get it out!
 
That happened to me last week, I was driving my cousins Dakota R/T which is pretty damn fast I don't know what he's done to it other than exhaust and CAI but anyways I was driving back from BevMo and this old guy pull up next to me in his Hyundai Genesis and he starts to rev his engine so I'm like WTF did that old guy rev his engine?!?! On the next red light I stop a little early to let him be next to me and I rev mine (my cousin has a Flowmaster side exhaust which gives me goose bumps every time I hear it) and the old guy tells me if I wanna run em so I'm like sure. To make a long story short I killed him, from then on I have no respect for those Genesis.
