Do I need a new alternator?

Hey guys, so with a scan tool hooked up it said the car was making about 14 volts give or take, but all my windows are very slow, and the lights seem dim, also when the window was up, and I pushed the switch to roll it up (couldnt move) The rpms dropped a lot and the car seemed like it wanted to die. Would I be wrong in assuming that this could be the fault of the 15 year old alternator?

I should also add that the window motors have been replaced and were working fine until recently.

if you getting 14 votls and your windows are going up slowly i would bet your window motors are old and need replaced or lubed

double check the grounds, but most of the time its old window regulators. mine are getting some what slow, and i just installed a new battery with no change.

My windows do same thing, my rpms drop when i hit the up button when they are all way up, not to where its going to die, just can see the rpms go down a little bit. One of my regulators went out in the windows, the passenger side front. I replaced with new motor/regulator, and it is all way up before my driver side is 2/3 way up.
