Disconecting Fuel rail

I'm curious about how to take my fuel rail line connectors off on my 2001 gtp I've already bent the fuel rail trying to disconnect them needed a new one anyway but how do I get it off

Oh, and while you're there, I recommend replacing the o-rings even if they're not leaking yet. Any viton o-rings work, I think I had to buy two packs of assorted viton o-rings to find the right ones. A bit tricky to get to, but it's doable if you have a long sharp pick (just make darn sure not to poke the new o-ring and clean everything with brake clean really well.
