Other then taking fuse out and disconnecting battery does anyone know of any thing else that has to be done before replacing?

just un hook the battery, then pop the 4 clips from the back side of the wheel, when it comes off lift it slowly and look under at the wires you have there connecting it to the clock spring, and horn ground wires and the air bag plug, the yellow one you pull it straight up and out off the iar bag. the steering wheel controls have a in line connector to un plug, the horn is the black plastic shaft with a wire from it that goes straight into the column, you push it in and turn it and its spring loaded it will push up when up locked.

if your taking off the steering wheel you will need a puller to get it off the column.
