Disable remote light flashing?

Hey I have an 08 grand prix base model. I was wondering if there is a way to disable to lights flashing when I use my aftermarket remote start, or locks. I shut it off on the DIC and cut the wire from the remote start itself and they still flash. I want to disable them because my HIDs have been going crazy since I had this installed. My fog lights are relayed to my parking lights since it never came from factory with fog lights. Any help would be appreciated.
 


I looked after I found other posts about the 2000ish years having a way by removing a fuse but never found anything.
