Difficulty on Ebrake Cable

How difficult is it to replace all the e brake cables on a 98 GP GT i belive my girlfriend snapped it while parking on a hill. because it feels like theres no tension when u press it down (Like it has no cable attached to the pedal)

I would have to guess that you won't need to replace all the cables..... You prolly broke a connector, or one of the cables somewhere between the pedal and the shoes. Pending on what broke will deterimine the extent of the repair.

Agreed, take a look and find out whats wrong before immediately planning on changing out the entire cable.

Actully there are 3 cables for these car, one main one and a seprate one for each wheel. I've changed all mine out, its really not that hard...

so i further inspected it was the back two cables frozen and the shoes are virtually non existant. so i go to my advanced in town and priced everything out and the cables come to 50 bucks and the shoes 90 after taxes and i almost s*** my self

is there any cheaper alternative than advanced for the shoes? im checking out rock auto
