I'm assuming this is in the right section. Anyways my driver side headlight is dimmer than the passenger side by a noticeable amount. I've got HIDs, not sure of the brand or bulb but they are fairly white. I'm not sure if I am looking at a bulb, ballast, or other electrical issue. What wattage should I be looking for at the stock harness and at the bulb? I really haven't gone through anything yet.

Now that I think about it my driverside fog light is dimmer than the passenger side as well. Is there a common ground for both that I should look at?
This is what I'm seeing:
Could probably use a new bulb in the drivers fog light since the passenger went out and is brand new.
