difference between gxp front brakes and impala police

Are gxp and impala police brakes the same size? I have seen multiple threads that say they both have 12.7" rotors and then others that say the gxp is 323mm and the impala has 303mm. Can anyone clarify?

Impala brakes are smaller than GXP brakes.

302.8 for Impala and 323 for GXP.

If you want solid front rotors for the GXP you need front brakes for a Buick Allure/LaCrosse (super) with the 5.3 V8 engine. They are the same 323mm with non drilled rotors. The AC Delco part number is 18A2414.

You can probably find rotors at a NAPA store too if you went that route.

Maybe.

You'll need to do your own homework there. Look at rockauto and start cross referencing part numbers to see what might be the same.

Or go to a store and ask to see a caliper for a GXP and a caliper for a Buick.
