did gen v swap, no spark. HELP

Swapped out gen v LIM and s/c. Upon restart, noticed no restart. Engine just turns and turns. Fuel is notthe issue, shrater valve shoots shiz strong, have checked plugs multiple times, they appear wet. Have disconnected everything on TB side.

I took out a plug and had someone turn it with the plug out and connected, no spark at all. ICM Ground is hooked up to the bracket. What else should I test.
