DIC really dim on 1998 Grand Prix GTP

Hi everyone I just purchased a 1998 Grand Prix GTP. I got a great deal on it, but there are a few minor issues that I have with it. Primary being the DIC is dim and I can barely read it. Also the cruise and the power mirrors are not working. In addition it seems that even with the blower motor all the way up, I can barely feel the AC coming out of the vents. Any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated. I will post some pics soon. Car is in really great shape for one with 235K miles on the clock. I only gave 1500.00 for it.

The DIC light emitting diodes are burned out.
AC blower motor resistors are bad.
Check for blown fuses concerning the cruise and power mirrors.

Dim hud's are commonly caused by the photocell thinking it's nightime and dimming the brightness.

I thought he said his Dic was dim ? Not his HUD.
